Shipping/Fulfillment Policies

Fulfillment vs. Shipping:

Fulfillment Time: Although we work hard to have orders out within 48-72 business hours, standard order fulfillment time is 8-10 business days after your order confirmation.
Please note that shipping time chosen at checkout indicates the time once your order has been fulfilled and dropped off at your shipping carrier of choice! If needing more urgent processing, please contact us at contact@spurrinscrubs.com for further assistance.

International (non- U.S) duties and import taxes:

As we are unable to accurately calculate tariffs due to ongoing fee changes, any applicable duties or taxes are not included in shipping fees, and may be due upon package delivery.

Shipment of non-scrub items: 

Non-scrub apparel items are made on-demand and will often come in a separate and later shipment than scrubs or other items. Returns and exchanges of non-scrub apparel or gear items are not accepted at this time. 

Coloring disclaimer:

Item coloring may differ from online photo editing. 

Damaged items upon delivery:

Please send an email to contact@spurrinscrubs.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the defect. All emails will be replied to within 48 hours.
